About the Role

blithequark is seeking highly skilled and motivated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to medical providers, patients, and billing services by answering inbound calls and delivering clear, helpful information about services and claims. With all required equipment provided, you'll have everything you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system with precision and accuracy
• Operate across multiple systems and applications to support daily responsibilities and ensure seamless task execution
• Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to customers
• Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a quiet and professional work environment free of distractions, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment, meeting performance goals and driving results
• Adhere to a consistent work schedule, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CT, and one late shift per week extending to 7:00 PM CT
• Maintain a reliable remote setup with broadband or fiber internet from a reputable provider, offering at least 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of prior inbound call center customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
• Attention to detail and strong technical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls while capturing detailed and accurate notes, maintaining focus and precision under pressure
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Edge
• Ability to learn basic medical terminology and adapt to new systems and processes
• Ability to work independently and maintain a reliable, distraction-free workspace
