**Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
* Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
* Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
