Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings, and interfacing with various teams to ensure seamless operations. If you have a background in healthcare, warehousing, delivery driving, customer service, or a related field, we welcome your application. Key Responsibilities:
- Input a minimum of 6000 KPH with high accuracy, meeting timed deadlines
- Process customer information and ensure completion within specified timeframes
- Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
- Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams
- Escalate any serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader
- Carry out duties as deemed necessary by blithequark management
- Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
- Maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Fire, and First Aid policies, as well as ISO standards and blithequark procedures
- Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS
- Verify customer records using the system
- Set up DCS screens and transmit data to customers
- Research and resolve system data issues
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Computer with internet access and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently without immediate supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to input data accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- IT literacy with knowledge of Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role (not required but preferred)
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Data entry or administrative assistant experience
- Background in healthcare, warehousing, delivery driving, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
