Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather data to support ERM and risk assessment goals, compliance requirements, and scenario recall sites
- Process data from various systems throughout our US and global operations, creating dashboards to help stakeholders scope risk and assess control maturity
- Apply analytical expertise to evaluate risk, drawing insights and relationships from data and communicating findings to compliance experts, lawyers, and business leaders
- Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis, soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Deep SQL skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Big Query, PowerApps, and Dataiku
- Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters
- Ability to create meaningful visualizations and use data to "tell a story"
- Proficiency in coding using R or Python
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Incremental mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with data management and analytics tools, such as data warehousing and ETL
- Knowledge of risk assessment and compliance frameworks, such as COSO or ISO 31000
