- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of all clients' data extracts and arenaflex's Proprietary Database, ensuring accuracy and completeness in data handling.
- Building automation, monitoring, and logging in remotely to various client systems, running pre-built reports and queries to extract data, and transferring it to our servers for editing, auditing, and quality control.
- Thriving in a multi-tasking environment, managing different processes simultaneously on different computers and in different windows, with a focus on meeting daily, weekly, and monthly challenges.
- Communicating effectively with management and client/project teams to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring collaborative and timely solutions.
- Providing accurate and timely completion of all tasks assigned by management, executive management, or C-level executives, demonstrating a high level of organization, punctuality, and reliability.
Schedule and Availability
To ensure seamless operations and meet our clients' needs, you must be available to work from 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM PST. This schedule requires a high degree of flexibility and commitment to delivering results during our core operating hours.
