Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Processor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with high accuracy, classifying documents based on client requirements, and working on various tasks such as data verification and manual identification of different types of forms. You will be working collaboratively with our team, as well as independently, to grow and challenge yourself to discover your potential for greatness and advanced opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
• Performs manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI)
• Classifies documents based on client's requirements
• Works on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
• Works/receives a close degree of supervision
• Ability to problem solve, self-guided
• Complies with company policies and standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To pass a typing test with 40 wpm+
• A High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
• Office work environment experience, with the ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Basic PC/Internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• To be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Great customer service and excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate information effectively and accurately
