Key Responsibilities
- Generate Monthly and Daily Inventory reports to support our operational teams
- Assist our Back Office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Support our CFO with reporting requests, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist our Controller with month-end closures, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient financial close process
- Perform various data review and consolidation activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements as needed
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Educational background in accounting or a related field is highly desirable
- At least 1 year of related experience in data entry, accounting, or a similar field
- Intermediate-level skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, including proficiency in vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong ability to adapt to change, with a flexible and positive attitude in the face of new challenges and priorities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
