• Perform merges of duplicate medical record numbers in designated applications, following standard procedures to maintain data integrity.
• Complete demographic updates to patient records as needed during electronic merge processing, ensuring that all patient information is current and accurate.
• Create spreadsheets for medical record or radiology jacket retrieval purposes, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the data.
• Maintain an accuracy level of 97% or higher on Merge Planning QA and 95% or higher on Electronic Verification QA, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in data management.
