About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop software applications and enter data accurately and efficiently
- Influence the team to adopt new behaviors and ways of working based on common inspection and rapid feedback
- Facilitate team ceremonies and identify gaps in agile and technical practices
- Develop soft skills, including communication, company orientation, adaptability, and fine feedback
- Work with the delivery manager to select training and growth opportunities and recommend personal growth paths
- Help articulate and remove team blockers with the delivery manager as needed
- Participate in shape and software application format with the squad and focus on constructively arguing in competition to solutions that are not fit
- Partner with the product owner to assist the overall squad's shipping and provide playback and keep attention on company value
Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in at least one object-oriented language
- Proven experience in at least one internet framework, preferably alongside Spring, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core
- Proven experience in SQL and capability to format relational database schemas
- Ability to feature in a Linux/Unix environment using shell commands
- Ability to scrutinize programs and services to make certain they adhere to protection standards
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred but not essential:
- Working experience building employer-critical, Internet-scale distributed systems or high-quantity client/server systems
- Ability to work as part of a collection, normally keeping the institution's goal in mind
- Experience using delivery management systems
- Exposure to the use of non-prevent integration/deployment environments
- Experience delivering software program applications with the use of an Agile approach like Extreme Programming, Kanban, or Scrum
