As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our policyholders and interested third parties via inbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to explain policy coverage, claim status, and assist with claim payments or other policy information, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally. You will utilize multiple systems to provide first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction while maintaining adherence to defined operational standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
This is a remote position, with the opportunity to work from home nationwide, excluding certain states. You will need to have open availability Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm CST. Our training program is 2-3 weeks long, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm CST. Post-training, you will be assigned to a 40-hour workweek, with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented.
