Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite, within the last 18 months
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in navigating computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
- Ability to learn and apply job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
