Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our elite team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing guidance and support to individuals navigating the health insurance landscape. Compensation Details
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Pay: $14.50 per hour
- Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
- Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Have a minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
- Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
- Complete a background check and health screening
- Have Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite are not compatible with our internal systems)
Essential Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone
- Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
- Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
- Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems
- Online chat inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries via online chat as assigned
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
- Creative problem-solving skills: Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Flexibility and adaptability: Adapting to changing projects and updates in a fast-paced environment
- Time and task management: Effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing: Committing to ongoing learning and professional development
- Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Moderate to Advanced computer skills
- A high level of comfort learning new technology
- A high level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven
Preferred Experience
While not required, the following experience is preferred:
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
