About the Role
We're looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. As a remote customer service representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Help customers resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Assist in correcting billing concerns and provide payment processing support
- Ensure the appropriateness of social media content and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms

Your Qualifications

- A high school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
- Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord and have a dedicated workspace at home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk ticketing systems
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience responding to customer inquiries on social media
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
