Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from existing customers and provide scripted dialogue to address their queries and concerns.
- Assist customers in completing their applications and provide guidance on the insurance process.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have self-quoted on our website.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- A current, valid driver's license that matches your current residence address.
- A state-issued life insurance license in hand on your start date (we'll reimburse you for the licensing fees).
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays, nights, or weekends (20-28 hours per week).
- Ability to read scripts clearly and verbatim to render exceptional customer service.
- Positive "customer-first" attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A completed or in-progress 4-year degree in business, economics, or a business-related major.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (fluent speakers will be compensated at $23/hr.).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
