Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Tax Preparation Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding our products and services
- Assisting customers with tax preparation and providing expert guidance and support
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Offering additional products and services to customers to enhance their experience and meet their needs
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Recent tax experience and knowledge of tax preparation principles and practices
- At least 1 year of customer service experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A high school diploma or GED and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home and high-speed internet access (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process and a smartphone for communication and support
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence and be authorized to work in the United States
