Key Responsibilities

- Maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development
- Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC)
- Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects, and maintain punctuality and reliability
- Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Requirements and Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Comparable experience in an office environment, with a focus on customer service, retail sales, or call center operations
