Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions

- Assist members in managing their CLEAR membership, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing support

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Open availability, including weekends, is a must
- Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
- The position is remote, but you must be based in Las Vegas
