The Remote Contact Center Chat Representative plays a vital role in providing top-notch service to our members through various digital channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. As a one-stop shop for member inquiries, you will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing support on a wide range of topics, from debit cards and disputes to deposits, transfers, and lending inquiries. Additionally, you will be expected to cross-sell arenaflex products and services, open and close deposit accounts, and maintain a strong working knowledge of our online products and services.
