About the Role and Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process with a focus on understanding user needs and creating customer-centric solutions. Your primary objectives will include:

- Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Create rough sketches, low-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes to explore solutions and validate concepts early in the design process.

- Customer Research & Insights: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and tests to gather insights on customer pain points and needs.
- Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the Chief Product Officer to translate the product vision into engaging, efficient user experiences.
- Remote Team Engagement: Actively participate in remote team meetings, design reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather quantitative and qualitative feedback to iterate on designs.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 Years of Experience in B2B SaaS Design: A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions for complex, data-heavy applications.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding users, with experience in conducting customer research and translating findings into actionable design insights.
- Strong UI/UX Skills: Expertise in user interface design, information architecture, and UX principles, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
- Remote Collaboration Experience: Comfort in a remote team setting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
