In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in achieving process goals and translating arenaflex's core values into everyday practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
* Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
* Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
* Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
* Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
* Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, engineering)
* 2+ years of experience in a process improvement or quality assurance role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
