How to Become a Licensed Insurance Agent
Teleperformance offers a unique opportunity for career growth and professional development. We provide a 5-day paid training program to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we cover the cost of the exam and provide a trainer to support you. After you pass your exam, we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in.

Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested
- Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
Qualifications
We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you must have:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
