As a Pharmacy Technician in our Appeals department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the medications they need, despite initial denials. Your primary responsibility will be to process denied Prior Authorizations, working closely with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacists to resolve issues and achieve successful outcomes. This involves reviewing case information, reaching out to patients and healthcare providers for additional details, and preparing cases for pharmacists' final determination.
