**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals
* Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as tobacco and alcoholic beverages
* Participating in visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays, resets, and revisions
* Assisting with food and product placement, including separation of raw and pre-cooked items, and stock rotation using the first-in, first-out method
* Operating knowledge of store systems and equipment, including digital passport image service, poster print, and innovative devices

* Fostering a culture of excellent customer service, including interpersonal skills, such as greeting, eye contact, and courtesy
* Recommending products and services to customers, including promotional, seasonal, and notable structures
* Providing proactive assistance, identifying customer needs, and servicing until satisfied
**Operations**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, including:
* Registering customer purchases, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested
* Processing voids, returns, rain tests, refunds, and exchanges as needed
* Maintaining counters and cabinets, including inventory management and data entry
* Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work float
* Reporting prescription errors to pharmacists on duty and adhering to company guidelines and policies regarding pharmacy errors and best practice software
* Handling phone calls that do not require the personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians
* Processing guide claims for third-party application prescription services in a timely and efficient manner
