Job Overview
In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention. Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient support, addressing concerns, and offering personalized care and guidance
- Assist patients with loan applications, ensuring they have access to the resources they need
- Order testing and schedule appointments with health coaches, streamlining the patient care process
- Conduct phone and Zoom calls, responding to text messages and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Sell and order supplements, ensuring patients have access to the products they need to manage their conditions
- Offer administrative support, completing forms, and performing other tasks as required
- Collaborate with health coaches, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments as needed

- A flexible, remote work schedule, with set hours of 30 - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm (Pacific Hours)
