Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sports data distributed by the Data and Information Gathering team across various ESPN platforms.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Work individually and in teams to deliver accurate detailed breakdowns, clock-and-score, and other metrics and data in real-time that power ESPN products and creations.
- Data Management: Create and maintain a working knowledge of Data and Information Gathering's role in fueling ESPN digital products and television productions.
- Quality Control: Review the accuracy of your own work and that of others, performing with a consistently high level of attention to detail.
- Collaboration and Communication: Contribute to production, operations, and initiatives across the newsroom, and communicate effectively with colleagues and newsroom leaders.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues and develop possible solutions, communicating rapidly and unequivocally with colleagues on these issues.
- Process Improvement: Play a proactive role in working with colleagues to develop or refine production processes.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
