**The Role**
As a part-time remote Virtual Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and chat, resolving customer queries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cellular phones, billing, and other services.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest features, applications, and services offered by arenaflex.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.

**What You Need**
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Strong technical skills, including basic computer skills, software applications, and internet navigation.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
* Availability to work a part-time schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
