Your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with our team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical issues, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers * Providing AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of Google Cloud * Working with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client/partner scenarios * Suggesting integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on Google Cloud * Attending client sites, meetings, and other related events on a case-by-case basis **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics) * Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * Experience in virtualization or cloud native models in a client-facing or support role * Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB) * Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and its products and services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, procedures, and solutions in the cloud/IT space **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI frameworks (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks) * Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for adaptable, distributed systems * Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations * Ability to advance rapidly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, procedures, and solutions in the cloud/IT space **What We Offer** As a Part-Time Remote Google Translate Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
