**Job Description:**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional shareholder communications through inbound, outbound, and email responses
* Directing shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors, ensuring they are informed and engaged
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of shareholder communications and the importance of effective messaging
* Collaborating with internal clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs
* Utilizing Microsoft Office and other tools to manage and track communications
* Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to shareholder inquiries and provide clear, concise information
* Make outbound calls to shareholders to ensure they are informed and engaged
* Send and respond to emails related to shareholder communications
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications and the importance of effective messaging
* Collaborate with internal clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs
* Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools to manage and track communications
* Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
* Excellent speaking voice and strong communication skills
* Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping

* Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
**Pay and Benefits:**
* Pay rate: $20.00 - $20.00/hr
