Our team members are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities. **About the Role** As a Part-Time Remote Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Escalate complex issues to more senior employees as needed * Perform routine tasks, such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing best-in-class customer experiences * Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to find information and resolve customer issues * Meet or exceed business goals and objectives, including metrics and performance targets **Required Qualifications** * 6 months of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education * Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment * Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information **Desired Qualifications** * Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions, and other needs as requested by customers * Knowledge, understanding, and experience of internet, mobile, and social media technology * Ability to work additional hours as needed and be flexible with scheduling * Ability to work on-site at the location posted **Training and Development** * You'll receive in-depth classroom training, continued on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about arenaflex banking products, procedures, and services * Training class starts on 9/16/24 for 7 weeks, with training hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday * You'll be required to attend the full duration of this paid 7-week training program **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting rate of $18.00 per hour * Eligibility for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment that allows our team members to thrive * We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran, or any other status protected by applicable law * Our team members are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
