About the Role
As a part-time customer support representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including SBS products and services
- Continuously improving our services, including design, customer experience, and repetition
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as necessary
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- A high school diploma or equivalent
