Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we're committed to providing an intuitive, accessible, and engaging experience for our members. **The Role** As a part-time Customer Success Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to manage and scale our customer management processes, including email, Intercom, and automations. You'll be the voice and heart of arenaflex, communicating directly with our ADHD community and providing exceptional support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Member experience: You'll work closely with our members to ensure they have an exceptional experience at arenaflex. You'll take ownership of customer experience processes and use insights to help us improve our offerings. * Internal-facing coach support: You'll provide support to our ADHD Coaches, helping them with operational and customer support processes, such as platform support, member management, external/internal communications, and other routine processes. * External-facing support: You'll lead the management of our inbound email pipeline, helping potential customers, partners, and third-party vendors. You'll also help create a support center to easily address in-bound questions and make your job easier to execute. * Operations: You'll contribute to strategic design sessions, working closely with our feedback data to inform product decisions. You'll pull from various sources, including member interviews, member feedback, secondary research, coach feedback, and more. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a mission-driven, empathetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll be a self-starter, always looking for ways to improve our processes and enhance the experience for our end users. The ideal candidate will possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of empathy and a genuine care for others. * Proactive and ambitious ownership, taking ownership of work streams and understanding how they intertwine with those of others. * The ability to think quickly on their feet and adapt to various customer support scenarios. * Multitasking and prioritization skills, with a strong attention to detail. * A demonstrated interest in self-educating on unfamiliar subjects or concepts related to well-being and ADHD. * Conviction and alignment with arenaflex's mission and values. * Tech-savviness, with familiarity with Intercom, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Gmail. * Experience in customer service or a related field. * A Bachelor's degree in a related field. **What You'll Get** As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow as a customer success specialist and leader.
