We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering questions from clients. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
* Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our customer relationship management system
* Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
* Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintaining knowledge of new products and services, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Location**: Must reside/live in California (CA)
* **Genuine willingness to learn**: Be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable, with a strong desire to learn and grow
* **Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude**: A positive and energetic approach to customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* **Self-starter**: Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**
