**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs. You'll handle inbound calls, assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, and product returns, and use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
* Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
* Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
* Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
* Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 18 years or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
* At least six months experience in customer service
* High speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
* Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Training will be 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST starting the week of July 13th
* Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
* Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in customer service or call centers is a plus. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers. If you have a knack for problem-solving and de-escalating upset customers, we want to hear from you!
