arenaflex is an exclusively remote team, comprising the founder, three skilled Software Developers, a Quality Assurance Analyst, a part-time Head of Customer Experience, and two part-time Customer Support Representatives. Our Customer Support team plays a vital role in ensuring that all customers receive the assistance they need, primarily through email-based support. As a part-time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for investigating, reporting, and tracking potential bugs experienced by our customers, working closely with our development team to resolve issues efficiently.
The primary responsibility of a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex is to respond to user needs in a timely and professional manner. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be expected to provide prompt, courteous support via email, social media, voicemail, and Slack messages. Regular video team meetings are also an essential part of this role, ensuring that you stay connected with the team and are aligned with our goals and objectives.

As a part-time Customer Support Representative, you can expect to work every other week, with approximately 10 hours per week during the fall, winter, and spring months, and 6 hours per week during the summer months. You will have full flexibility to choose your working hours, as long as you meet our response metrics and ensure that our customers receive timely support.
