We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-time Admissions Coordinator. This remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to an organization that is making a transformative impact in the field of education. As the Training Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students by managing the application process, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with applicants.
We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Gmail, and will demonstrate excellent written communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and professionalism in email correspondence.
In addition to these technical skills, we are seeking an individual who possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and is self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently while seeking clarification when necessary. The ability to work flexible hours and maintain consistent email communication during the week is also essential.
While not required, an interest in psychology, somatics, bodywork, or integrative healing is preferred, as it will enable the successful candidate to better understand the context and purpose of our training programs.
This is a part-time position, offering 5-8 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that allows you to choose your own hours (Monday to Friday). The pay rate for this position is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional meetings with the Executive Director and regular email communication with the team.
