As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns
* Create and manage service tickets, scheduling appointments and ensuring seamless communication with customers
* Review customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently
* Perform outbound calls with existing customers to promote products, services, and loyalty programs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple emails and prioritize tasks efficiently

* Contact Center background preferred, with experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
