Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement project management plans and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, database development, and project management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, and project management
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Experience with database development and management, including MS Access and SQL
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with Lean principles and DMAIC approach
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement reports
- Experience with data entry automation and process improvement
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
