**Job Summary**
As a Medical Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the face of arenaflex through direct interactions with military service members, delivering exceptional customer service at all touch points. You will work in an innovative and agile environment, creating and applying new technologies in a team environment that is fun, creative, and supportive. **Key Responsibilities**
• Provide high-touch and outstanding service to military service members
• Download and screen military medical forms and records for accuracy and thoroughness
• Review these medical records and determine the necessary/required medical, dental, and behavioral health services needed
• Schedule service members individual, in-clinic, group, and/or telephonic appointments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service member interactions and outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
• Job Levels:
+ Level 1: 0–1 year experience
+ Level 2: 1-3 years experience
+ Level 3: 3-5 years experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a military Common Access Card
• A CURRENT medical certification, such as Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military Medic, Corpsman, Para-rescue or Health Service Technician
• Certification must be current and remain valid throughout employment
• A High School diploma/GED, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of
• The ability to successfully pass a federal background check - National Agencies Check w/ Inquiries (NACI)
**Preferred Qualifications**
• 1 - 5 years: Relevant experience
• Current medical certification, certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military medic, corpsman, pararescue, or health services technician required. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred
• GED or better

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
