- Develop expertise in the live chat platform and stay up-to-date on blithequark's product features, promotions, and FAQs to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
- Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness, streamlining the customer support process and reducing response times.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the live chat experience.
- Collaborate with sales team and key marketing team members to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment, fostering a cohesive and customer-centric approach to marketing and sales.
- Perform other assigned tasks to support the marketing team, including data entry, reporting, and campaign analysis, to contribute to the overall success of the department.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
