**The Role**
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. You'll work closely with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communication, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs
* Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
* Process new and/or amended enrollments
* Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
**Requirements:**
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Active Personal Lines resident license
* High school diploma or GED
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Passion for helping others
* Patient and empathetic nature
* Ability to pass a background check
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
