About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- BA/BS from an accredited university preferred, with 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Having a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license that was active within the last 5 years in the state of Missouri is required
- The ability to obtain Missouri MLO licensing within 60 days of hire is required
- Proven background in being a dependable and reliable team player, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer success
- Flexibility and adaptability to ongoing refinements in process and structure, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Confident, friendly, and compassionate communication skills, with the ability to instill trust and rapport with customers
- Process-driven organizational skills, with a quick and flexible learning style and the ability to navigate new technology platforms
