About the Role
As a Cabin Server with Flexjet, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to all our passengers, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the flight. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of service and comfort for all passengers, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Provide passengers with a memorable experience, showcasing the highest level of responsiveness and courtesy.
- Prepare and present catering orders and beverage orders as requested, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare passengers and aircraft for landing, following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Greet passengers boarding the aircraft with utmost courtesy and professionalism, setting the tone for a exceptional flight experience.
- Clean and organize the cabin as needed, maintaining a tidy and comfortable environment for passengers.
- Maintain the appropriate amount of aircraft stock and supplies, ensuring that everything is in place for a smooth and enjoyable flight.
- Keep the Captain informed of any passenger plans or needs that may affect the conduct of the flight, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Attend to routine owner needs as requested, providing personalized service and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 3-5 years of experience in FAR Part 135 operations, with a strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety protocols.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end luxury hospitality service environment, where you have honed your skills in delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Previous FACTS Training or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Knowledge of cuisine and cooking skills, with the ability to prepare and present high-quality meals and beverages.
- Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications and experience, you will need:
- To possess the legal ability to work in the United States and have the ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves.
- To be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers, crew members, and other stakeholders.
- A professional and positive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring passenger satisfaction.
- The ability to maintain a strong attention to detail, while prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
- To be physically able to perform the demands of the role, including moderate amounts of bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- To be available to work a rotating schedule, including 8 days on / 6 days off, fixed schedule, or 16 days a month, variable schedule.

- A considerable to moderate amount of bending and lifting of various weights, including supplies and luggage.
- Physical demands associated with cleaning and stocking of aircraft.
- Able to push open/pull closed aircraft doors, with a maximum force of 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to visually and aurally assess conditions.

The preferred location for this role is near a major metropolitan area, with the ability to reside within a 90-mile radius of one of our approved domiciles.
