**Responsibilities**
As a Hybrid Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Guiding and Directing Aircraft**: Safely guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals.
* **Loading and Unloading Baggage**: Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials on the ramp, weighing up to 75 lbs.
* **Operating Ground Equipment**: Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with plane pushback, baggage loading, and delivery.
* **Collaborating with Internal Teams**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Create a positive start to a passenger's trip by greeting them warmly, providing seamless check-in and ticketing experiences, and resolving any issues that may arise.
* **Using Reservation/Ticketing Software**: Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, calculate and collect fees, and inform passengers about their trips and belongings.
* **Resolving Passenger Issues**: Listen to passengers and resolve their issues in a timely and friendly manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* **Working in the Baggage Service Office**: Track the location of baggage and handle passenger questions in the Baggage Service Office.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Minimum Age**: 18 years old
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED or international equivalent.
* **Valid Driver's License**: A valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license, with some license restrictions that may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
* **Ability to Work Rotating Shifts**: Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off.
* **Flexibility**: Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary.
* **Physical Ability**: Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
