**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused HR Shared Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging your expertise in Workday transactions and data accuracy. **Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
* Assist with applications that support all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
* Research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
* Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees
* Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
* Perform system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool
* Demonstrated skill in Mass Uploads (EIB)
* Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
* Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
* Strong interest in data and the ability to provide insights in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems
* A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (desired but not required)
* Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!)
* Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (a plus!)
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a hybrid work model
* Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
