**Experienced HR Customer Service Specialist – Judicial Branch Support**

As the department's administrative guru, this position will support the Judicial Branch Human Resources department in the areas of data entry, filing, file maintenance, front desk management, preparing confidential documents, and setting appointments. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to multitask consistently throughout the workday. Our employees are entitled to coverage by one of several State-sponsored retirement pension plans, our employee assistance program, and wellness incentives. **Key Responsibilities** As an HR Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming experience * Answering telephone and providing accurate information and assistance * Maintaining employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Maintaining office organization, including filing and record-keeping of employment records and office supplies * Supporting the HR department in distributing communications organization-wide * Performing data entry in HR systems and spreadsheets * Completing employment verifications * Collecting mail and fingerprint cards, sort and distribute, along with any deliveries, to the appropriate recipients * Processing name changes for current employees * Managing the inventory of policy packets and hard-copy documents used for onboarding appointments * Coordinating to ensure the current version of mandatory posters are posted at all locations * Coordinating multilingual requests, including the testing process and the differential compensation * Completing special projects as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Two (2) years of work experience performing office, clerical, or administrative duties in an office environment * OR a combination of post-secondary education and work-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis * One (1) year or more of customer service in a legal or large corporate environment (preferred) **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** As an HR Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: * Knowledge of customer service principles * Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and processes * Skill in operating various office equipment and machines * Skill in communicating effectively; both verbally and in writing * Ability to plan, organize, and maintain workflow * Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team * Ability to exercise discretion in handling and working with sensitive and/or confidential information * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships * Ability to use effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks at one time * Ability to excel in a high volume and time-sensitive work environment * Ability to problem-solve a variety of situations **Working Conditions** While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to communicate clearly, perceive details of objects that are close by, and maintain various physical positions for extended periods, such as sitting, standing, walking, or bending. The job may involve using hands for tasks such as typing, handling objects, as well as reaching with hands and arms.
