**Responsibilities:**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary

* Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
