Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to serve as a forecasting, reporting, dashboard, analytical, and modeling expert for our Growth organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with large, complex data sets. As a Data Analyst at CareRev, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights, building leadership dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Insights and Analysis: Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs, build dashboards, define metrics, and conduct ad hoc analyses to derive actionable insights.
- Leadership Dashboards: Develop and maintain leadership dashboards that provide real-time access to OKR & KPI progress.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Proactively conduct ad hoc analysis to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic business decisions and suggest business improvements.
- Data Visualization: Create and utilize data visualizations to communicate analytic results across the business.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Report across the full GTM funnel by joining data from Marketing efforts, Sales driven efforts, and Account Management metrics. Manage sales and revenue forecasting for the Growth team, working closely with Finance to support company-wide forecasting.
- Scalable Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain a scalable reporting infrastructure, automating reporting where possible.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, with an advanced degree being a bonus.
- Analytical Experience: 2+ years of analytical and operational experience in consulting firms, private equity, technology, or healthcare industries.
- SQL Proficiency: Essential proficiency in SQL, with experience querying large databases and optimizing queries for performance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience synthesizing business insights from large sets of structured and unstructured data.
- BI Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Looker.
- Forecasting Models: Experience building forecasting models - financial and operational.
- Excel and Google Sheets: Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- CRM Tools: Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com and Hubspot.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Additional Experience: More than 2 years of experience in analytical and operational roles.
- Additional BI Tools: Experience with additional BI tools beyond Mode, Tableau, or Looker.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $73,600.00 - $115,000.00. In addition to a competitive salary, you may also be eligible for:
