About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your exceptional communication skills, passion for health and wellness, and experience in a related field will enable you to deliver personalized support and resolve complex issues with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer service requests originating from clients and teammates, ensuring prompt and effective communication
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology, providing accurate and helpful information
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics and internal triaging of issues
- Utilize Hubspot Service (our CX platform) to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the Remote Health team to achieve exceptional customer experience and drive business growth
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Previous, extensive customer service experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes, with experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- A passion for health and wellness, with a strong desire to empower clients to achieve their health goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate and triage challenging situations
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
