About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your expertise in customer service will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional experience, from answering general questions to de-escalating and triaging challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer service requests originating from customers and teammates via phone, chat, and email
- Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
- Utilize Hubspot Service (our CX platform) to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous, extensive customer service experience in a related field
- A strong passion for health and wellness
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of CX KPIs and processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications

- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
