- Collaborate with customers in a compassionate, professional, friendly, and expert manner
- Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
- Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
- Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Perform passenger check-in and front seat assignment (excluding curbside)
- Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our services and policies
- Working with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Utilizing various internal resources and systems to provide effective solutions
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and performance standards
All You'll Require for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in certain locations
- Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security ID display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Ability to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service Systems
- Prior face-to-face customer service experience
- Experience working in a high-speed environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher
